How do I RSVP?
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope. If the envelope says "and guest" just type in your guest's first and last name.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by March 1st, 2025. The earlier, the better. You can RSVP in the RSVP tab. This is a hard deadline and past March 1st, your seat will be forfeited.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest." For families, it will list "(your name) & Family or "The (last name) Family." When you go to RSVP, you can see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Are kids welcomed?
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, adolescents, and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we can accommodate your children. If we cannot invite your children, we would appreciate it if you could make arrangements ahead of time.
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you can not attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'not attending' so we can plan accordingly.
Is there a dress code?
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year in Texas, may we suggest the following attire:
Women: Sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn.
Men: Light dress shirt with khaki or other pants; jacket and ties optional
What should I definitely not wear?
We hope you see this day as an opportunity to have fun and dress up! The only things we ask you to please not wear are white or pale colors that look like white, athletic wear, sneakers, or flip-flops. We do hope you understand and respect this request.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow immediate family to have the first few aisles. For the reception, we will carefully arrange tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).
Is there parking available?
Yes! Parking is located in front of our venue. The address provided will put you in the parking lot. There will be signs directing you to Redbud Hall
When should I arrive?
The ceremony begins at 4 p.m., so please arrive early enough to find a seat and socialize before it begins.
What do I do if I am late to the ceremony?
If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle and try to find a seat. While we want all our friends and family there, we would appreciate it if you would either stand off to the side or wait to join us until the reception.
Can we take our pictures and videos throughout the day?
Our ceremony outside will be unplugged. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be out away and no pictures or videos taken! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the reception.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you -- get ready to party!! For this reason, we encourage you to uber/lyft or have a designated driver to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.
Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking. Please plan accordingly, all guests and vehicles must be off the property by midnight.
